Description

The “Final” rule on how to test and label sunscreens for efficacy was recently issued by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the federal register. This has been a work in progress since 1978 and it is almost final. I think the rules are reasonable and though they vary from those used in Europe and Asia, for the US consumer they are a great step forward...
