Pityriasis Lichenoides et Varioliformis Acuta

Pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta (PLEVA), also known as acute parapsoriasis, acute pityriasis lichenoides and Mucha-Habermann disease, is classified by some authors as a lymphoproliferative disease due to lymphocyte proliferation. Multiple hemorrhagic vesicles and necrotic papules healing into varioliform scars are typically located on the trunk.
