A prospective, observational study was conducted to investigate the concordance of the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) with patient-reported outcomes (PROs) in 93 outpatients with psoriasis. Data were collected before (t1) and after (t2) therapy. The PROs used included the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI), the Patient Benefit Index (PBI) and the EuroQoL (EQ-5D). A higher PASI score was associated with an impaired DLQI score, but the associations were weak (r = 0.24 at t1 and r = 0.36 at t2, respectively).
