Self-discipline problems
Initially, the self-discipline problems are the most difficult to solve and deal with, for they are harder to identify. They invariably derive from the lack of exercising well-known concepts. Therefore, before you set any goal to improve your time management, please give honest and coherent answers to these three questions:
1. Are you willing to make a major effort in terms of quality to better manage your time?
2. Are you willing to engage in the necessary self-discipline in order to be able to plan, control and regularly analyze your use of time?
3 Are you willing to put into practice the corrective actions recommended as a result of the analysis made?
For every "No" you answer, you increase your chances to be someone to whom no one has anything to teach regarding time management, simply because you will have no time.
