49 - The title page
A standard Title page should contain: (1) the full title; (2) full name(s) of the author(s); and (3) complete postal address(es) of the affiliation(s) of the author(s), indicating the country where the work was done. The title page usually includes a running head (a short title of up to 40-45 characters) and an address for mailing proofs and reprint requests, telephone and fax numbers and an e-mail address. Pages must be numbered so that the editor and referees can comment on the manuscript and clearly refer to the page that requires changes (e.g., page 5, first paragraph, line 3).
