24 - Child-Child transactions
In the case of Child-Child transactions we have a healthily informal work environment, but there is the risk of the appearance of irresponsible behavior. Solutions to emotional problems are rapidly found through explosions of emotion. A high level of creativity is seen but not followed up. Spontaneous and personal relationships are seen among the members of the team, which may promote the skipping of communication channels. There is also a cheery atmosphere, which may give rise to some anarchy. All this is to say that we are talking not of things which are inevitably connected, but that, in an extreme case of "it follows that," can lead to extreme conditions of "but also" which should be taken into account.
