Delays and paperwork II
Your desk is a working place, it is not a paper warehouse or a place to exhibit your mementoes or a collection of family pictures. Use the trash can extensively, abundantly. A good piece of advice is to dedicate a few minutes, at the end of each working day, to clean up and organize your desk. This will not only save your time the next morning, but will also help you fight stress and make you rest and sleep better, for you will feel in control of what is pending. Keep your desk clean. The only papers that should lie on it are those related to the subject you are currently working on. If you have to receive visitors, do so in an appropriate room.
