Professional Development

Teamwork
Make sure your team is almost as, or more, capable than you are. Build a heterogeneous, complementary, diversified, multifunctional team, comprising people with expertise in the different areas for which you are responsible, and who should know more about this area than you do. You do not have to excel in all areas, you do not have to know more about everything. You must, nevertheless, be the best as a team commander. If you do not have such a team, do not complain. Prioritize the activities based on their importance, to develop and improve the team's performance to the required levels. Review your team's workflow and find ways to simplify it, for we all tend to take on unnecessary tasks. One of the job functions of a team coordinator is to simplify the work of each member of the team.
