Delegate tasks that you do not fully master, those that you dislike and which, consequently, you will not accomplish well. You do not need to do yourself all the things you do not like. However, there are always things that only you can do, like it or not. Divide and delegate time consuming, motivational or career-enhancing tasks. Sometimes, the simple delegation of a task makes the person you chose feel motivated, reinforced and recognized for his work. Therefore, do it! Use this tool! The golden rule is: delegate tasks that one of your team members can do fairly well, and the outcome may be excellent.
