26 - Life positions: I'm OK, you're OK
Something which contributes greatly to complementing what we have seen is to enter into another section, that of existential positions. The ways that each person feels about themselves and others is known as "life positions." This deals with a value judgment that persists in adulthood, although it was decided in childhood, when the information was neither appropriate nor sufficient. Basically there are four life positions: "I'm not OK, you're OK"; "I'm not OK, you're not OK"; "I'm OK, you're not OK"; "I'm OK, you're OK."
